3.) Stamp Duty (6%) & GST (5%) any other Government Charges shall be paid extra.
4.) Interest will be charged 18% P.A. on delay payment.
5.) Cheques/Draft to be issued in the name of “Bajrang Developers.”
6.) If the seller denies selling the property. Then seller will pay double amount. Which was given by the buyer in advance payment.
7.) If buyer denies the property or does not make payment given time frame then 10% of the total cost of Plot/Flat/Villas will be deducted and rest amount will be refundable next 45 business days via Bajrang developer’s account.
8.) Buyer have to pay (20% amount of total cost) of Plot/Flat/Villas within 15 business days. Rest will be home loan for same.  

Time duration: – 10% amount will be pay in 7 working days. Reaming amount shell be pay next 7 days working.
