1.) Meter charges shall be extra as applicable as per allotment.
2.) IFMS 1.60rs/Sq.Ft. Extra is payable at the time of possession.
3.) Stamp Duty (6%) & GST (5%) any other Government Charges shall be paid extra.
4.) Interest will be charged 18% P.A. on delay payment.
5.) Cheques/Draft to be issued in the name of “Bajrang Developers.”
6.) If the seller fails or refuses to complete the sale of the property. After 15 (fifteen) days from the date of this agreement, without any valid legal reason to the buyer, the seller shall be liable to refund the advance amount received from the buyer and, in addition, pay a sum equal to twice the advance amount as compensation to the buyer.                                                                                             7.) If the purchaser denies or fails to make the payment after 15 days of booking, 10% of the total cost of the plot/villa/flat will be deducted as a cancellation charge, and the remaining amount will be refundable next 45 business days via Bajrang developer’s account.   8.) Buyer have to pay (20% amount of total cost) of Plot/Flat/Villas within 15 business days. Rest will be home loan for same.  

Time duration: – 10% amount will be pay in 7 working days. Reaming amount shell be pay next 7 days working.
